This section provides a quick reference as to the annual income levels used in the calculation to determine if a customer is pre-qualified based on the AMI, percentages, and income qualification requirements set in the fields above.




Set the Number of People to Display in AMI vs Household Size Chart

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Apps tab in the navigation menu, then click Income Calculator.
  3. The Income Calculator Details page opens.
  4. Scroll down to the AMI vs Household Size section.
  5. Click the chevron to reveal a drop-down.
  6. Select the company's maximum occupancy based on the largest unit.
  7. Click Save.

The amount or number of people displayed does not affect the calculation used in the application.
