How to Move and Reorder Apps Displayed on a Website (Video)

Make Active Apps Visible on a Website

  1. Log in to the platform.

  2. Scroll down to and click the Behaviors & Styles tab on the side menu, then click Custom Color.
  3. The App Details page opens.
  4. Scroll down to the App Order section.
    1. Web (Desktop) View:
      1. Available Apps: Apps in this container are enabled and available to the company but are not currently visible on the website when viewed from a desktop browser.
      2. Selected Apps: Apps in this container are enabled and visible on the company's website when viewed from a desktop browser. Note: If an app is in this container but not visible, verify that the app has been toggled to Active within the App settings. For CM Offers, verify that there is a current offer by checking the Offer Duration section and that the offer toggle is set to Active.
      3. Drag and drop apps as needed in the order they should appear on the web page. The first app in the Selected Apps container appears first. For example, if the Default skin is chosen, the first app in the order will be displayed first in the row or block followed by the other apps. The last app will appear when Micro-Widget is enabled and the widget is minimized. Review the Widget Configuration section to determine the best user experience.
    2. Mobile View:
      1. Available Apps: Apps in this container are enabled and available to the company but are not currently visible on the website from a mobile device.
      2. Selected Apps: Apps in this container are enabled and visible on the company's website when viewed from a mobile browser.

Apps must be moved from Available Apps to Selected Apps in order to be visible by customers and visitors to the company's web page.
