Assign Users

Administrators can provide users with access to the company dashboard once the dashboard and user have been created.
 

Assign and Provide a New User Access to the Platform

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Company tab on the side menu, then click Settings.
  3. Click the "Edit" button on the bottom right of the page.
  4. Scroll to the Assign Users section.
  5. Add users in the text field by typing the user's email address associated with their dashboard login. 
  6. Select the user by clicking on the appropriate user that populates in the drop-down. 
  7. Click the "Save " button on the bottom right of the page.
Only eligible users will appear.
 

Remove an Existing User's Access to the Platform 

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Company tab on the side menu, then click Settings.
  3. Click the "Edit" button on the bottom right of the page.
  4. Scroll to the Assign Users section.
  5. Click the 'X' to remove an email address from the text field. This removes the login from having access to the company dashboard.
  6. Click the "Save " button on the bottom right of the page.
 
If a user needs to be created, please reach out to the dashboard Administrator.
