Send your leads a one-time email about upcoming events, opportunities, and offers!
In addition to the drip schedules, companies can send out one-time Blast emails. These emails can be sent both to internal and external leads either immediately or in the next 30 days.
Before a Blast can be created, a company will need to have the following information set:
A Generic email template that is relevant to the specific Blast. For steps to do this, click here.
A List Segment to receive the Blast. For steps to do this, click here.
To Create a Scheduled Blast
Open the platform.
In the navigation menu, select the Lead Nurturing tab. When the submenu opens, select the Scheduled Blast tab.
Click the Create Scheduled Blast button.
When the modal window opens, type the name of the blast and select Create Scheduled Blast.
Fill in the Email Template, Blast Date, Blast Time, and List Segments fields and click Save. If necessary, save the blast as a draft to return to at a later time.
To Edit a Scheduled Blast
Open the platform.
In the navigation menu, select the Lead Nurturing tab. When the submenu opens, select the Scheduled Blast tab.
Click the Create Scheduled Blast button.
When the modal window opens, type the name of the blast and select Create Scheduled Blast.
Fill in and edit the Email Template, Blast Date, Blast Time, and List Segments fields and click Save.
Reporting
There are three places within the platform that users can view data relating to their Blasts: the Scheduled Blasts page, the Lead Details page for individual leads, and Clarity.
To View Blast Notifications Data on the Scheduled Blasts Page
- Open the platform.
- In the navigation menu, select the Lead Nurturing tab. When the submenu opens, select the Scheduled Blast tab.
- Locate the Blast and select the report icon to the right of the title.
- The user is shown a report of emails sent, bounced, opened, clicked, and unsubscribed, as well as on which day the action happened.
- To view the percentages and trends of this data, the user can hover over the tiles.
To View Blast Notifications Data on the Lead Details Page
- Open the platform.
- In the navigation menu, select the Leads tab and navigate to the Lead List tab above the calendar.
- Using the search bar, locate the intended lead.
- Navigate to the Lead Nurturing tab on the right side of the page under the Additional Information section. On this page, the user can view when the lead received the email, if the lead has opened their Blast email, or if they have clicked any of the attached links.
To View Blast Notifications Data in Clarity
- Open the platform.
- In the navigation menu, select CLarity Attribution and update the date range as necessary.
- Select the Edit Charts button.
- When the modal window populates, select the Blast Campaign Summary Totals (Lead Nurturing) chart and Save.
- The user is shown tiles of totals of emails sent, opened, clicked, bounced, and unsubscribed, as well as SMS messages sent.
- To view the percentages and trends of this data, the user can hover over the tiles.
