Call Us Now Settings

Don't leave customers searching for a number!
Provide your customers with a click-to-call option with Call Us Now. 

The Call Us Now module makes it effortless for customers to contact your team from any page of your website. Create a schedule to display the module during business hours or at times when your team is available by phone.

Use a dynamic phone number to track calls from specific sources, or set up goals in your analytics account to measure call volume. 💡

Add Call Us Now to Your Website

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Apps tab in the navigation menu, then click Call Us Now.
  3. The Call Us Now settings page opens.
  4. Choose the schedule which should determine when the module displays on the website. To configure a new schedule, follow the steps in our Availability article.
  5. Enter the phone number that customers should call. 🗒. Note: Using a call tracking or dynamic number service may assist with your marketing efforts.
  6. In the "Call to action" field, type the text to be displayed on the module within the application, for example "Call Today!" or "Call us Now!"
  7. Click the Save button to save changes.
  8. Click the Active/Inactive toggle to ensure the module is active.
    1. Green: Call Us Now is Active and visible on the webpage.
    2. White: Call Us Now is Inactive and not visible on the webpage.
The Call to action text is the text that a customer will see on the website. 



Activate or Deactivate Call Us Now

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Apps tab in the navigation menu, then click Call Us Now.
  3. The Call Us Now settings page opens. 
  4. Click the Active/Inactive toggle at the top right of the page.
    1. Green: Call Us Now is Active and visible on the webpage.
    2. White: Call Us Now is Inactive and not visible on the webpage.

When Should Call Us Now Appear?

Assign an Availability schedule to the Call Us Now module for times when the team is available in the office to receive calls. 
  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Apps tab in the navigation menu, then click Call Us Now.
  3. The Call Us Now settings page opens.
  4. Type your company's phone number into the Phone number field. 
  5. Click the drop-down chevron in the Schedule field and choose the schedule the module should reference. The module will be available and visible on the website during the hours listed on the schedule.
  6. If a schedule has not been created or if a different schedule should be used for Call Us Now, go to Availability and create a module-specific schedule.
  7. Click the Save button on the bottom right of the page.

Change the Call to Action Text Displayed on the Module

 
  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Apps tab in the navigation menu, then click Call Us Now.
  3. The Call Us Now settings page opens.
  4. In the "Call to action" field, type the text to be displayed on the module, for example "Call Today!" or "Call us Now!" This is the text that a customer will see on the website.
  5. Click the Save button on the bottom right of the page.

Add or Change the Number Customers Call

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Apps tab on the side menu, then click Call Us Now.
  3. The Call Us Now settings page opens.
  4. In the "Phone number" field, type the phone number that should be called when a customer clicks on the Call Us Now button.
  5. Click the Save button on the bottom right of the page.
Use a direct company number or a tracking number tied to analytics.

Call Us Now Conversions

Although customer conversions can not be counted using the Call Us Now module, the Application Tiles display the number of clicks your Call Us Now module's Call to Action button received.
