Dashboard Specifics

The platform landing page is the company Dashboard. The Dashboard is displayed in the main window of the platform. 



Change the date range displayed by the data on the dashboard by using the Period Selector or Date Range Drop-Down at the top right of the window. 

Note: All data on the dashboard landing page will reflect the data obtained during the time period selected.

The predefined options available are:
  1. Last 7 Days: View the last seven days of data.
  2. Last 30 Days: View the last 30 days of data.
  3. Last 90 Days: View the last 90 days of data.
  4. Current Week: View data from the current calendar week. 
  5. Current Month: View data from the current calendar month. 
  6. Current Quarter: View data from the current quarter.  
  7. Current Year: View data from the current year, from January 1st to the current date. 
  8. Last Week: View data from the last calendar week. 
  9. Last Month: View data from the last calendar month. 
  10. Last Quarter: View data from the last quarter. 
  11. Last Year: View data from the last year. 
  12. Custom Range: Using a date picker, choose the start and ending time period from which to view data.



How to Select a Custom Date Range

  1. Log in to the Dashboard.
  2. Click on the Period Selector (Date Range Drop-Down). 
  3. Choose Custom Range.
  4. The Begin Date and End Date fields appear to the left of the Period Selector.
  5. Click on the calendar icon to expand the date picker. 
  6. To select a date:
    1. Change Year: Click on the chevron to the right of the year displayed. Scroll up or down to locate the preferred year, then click on the year displayed.
    2. Change Month: Click on the left or right chevron to move forward or backward through the year.
    3. Change Date: Click on the preferred date displayed on the calendar.


More Filters

In addition to selecting a preferred date as described above, you can also filter the data presented on the Dashboard by clicking the More Filters button. Apply the selected filters by clicking the Apply Filters button. Remove individual filters by clicking the 'X' within the grey filter. Remove all selections within a field by clicking the large X to the right of the selected items. Remove all filters by clicking the Clear All button. The filters are described in more detail below. 


Leads




Lead Metrics and Key Performance Indicator Tiles

Metric and KPI Tiles are displayed in rows of four at the top of the page.

Sessions: The number of times the SaaS module is loaded on a page. A session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. 
App Interactions: The number of times an app is opened from the closed or minimized state. This does not include form completions or further clicks within an app. 
Conversions: The rate of conversion is the total number of leads divided by the total number of sessions. For example, there is one lead and 100 sessions. The conversion rate is 1% or 1/100.
Total Leads: The number of leads generated from the SaaS module.

Application Tiles

Application Tiles are displayed below the Metric and KPI tiles in rows of four.

Note: Only active modules are displayed.

Schedule Genie™: Displays the number of leads generated by the Schedule Genie™ application. A lead occurs when a customer submits their name, email address, and phone number using the scheduling form.
Spotlight: Displays the number of leads generated by the Spotlight application. A lead occurs when a customer submits their name, email address, and phone number using the claim form.
Text Us Now: Displays the number of clicks the "Click to text" button receives within the Text Us Now application. Note: This does not track the number of leads generated by Text Us Now.
Live Chat: Displays the number of clicks the "Start chat" button receives within the Live Chat application. Note: This does not track the number of leads generated by Live Chat.
Income Calculator: Displays the number of leads generated by the Income Calculator application. A lead occurs when a customer submits their name, email address, and phone number using the calculator form.
Call Us Now: Displays the number of clicks the "Call" button receives within the Call Us Now application. Note: This does not track the number of leads generated by Call Us Now.
Best Price Now: Displays the number of leads generated by the Best Price Now application. A lead occurs when a customer submits their name, email address, and phone number using the Best Price Now or Trade-In form.


Leads by Day


The chart displayed on the Dashboard presents application data displayed as leads per day. The date range is configured at the top of the Dashboard. To toggle applications on or off to filter the visible data, click the application name in the legend. Click the name again to turn the data line back on. 



Graphs

Two graphs are pulled from the Clarity data and embedded on the landing page for ease of reference. Sessions per Source and Conversions by Application.

Sessions per Source: Displays the percentage and number of visits to a page with a widget present based on the URL referrer or marketing agency.
Conversions by Application: Displays the percentage of conversions by each app or module over the past day, week, and month.
