Disclaimer & Qualification Policy

Keep customers informed by including qualification criteria and policies within the Income Calculator app. 

Provide more detail regarding the qualification criteria and policies required to be met to be approved. 


Add a Disclaimer or Qualification Policy

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Apps tab in the navigation menu, then click Income Calculator.
  3. The Income Calculator page opens.
  4. Scroll to the Disclaimer or Qualification Policy section near the bottom of the page.
  5. Enter the text associated with each field as needed.
    1. Disclaimer: Specify or delimit the scope of rights and obligations that may be exercised and enforced by all parties. This text is displayed on the first Income Calculator screen.
    2. Qualification Policy: Include the qualifying criteria that must be met in order to lease an apartment or property. The qualification information is displayed when a customer or prospect clicks the "Qualification Policy" link at the bottom of the first Income Calculator screen.
  6. Click the Save button on the bottom right of the page.
The Disclaimer field is limited to 180 characters. The Qualification Policy field is limited to 500 characters.

Edit a Disclaimer or Qualification Policy

Remove a Disclaimer or Qualification Policy

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Apps tab in the navigation menu, then click Income Calculator.
  3. The Income Calculator page opens.
  4. Scroll to the Disclaimer or Qualification Policy section near the bottom of the page.
  5. Delete the text displayed within the Disclaimer or Qualification Policy fields as needed. 
  6. Click Save.
