Email Sender Profiles

Keep leads up to date with your company!


With the addition of these new Lead Nurturing updates, emails will be sent from the client/company’s domain name rather than from The Conversion Cloud. Before you send out your drip and blast communication, an Email Sender Profile must be set. 




To Set Up an Email Sender Profile at the Company Level

  1. Open the platform as a Super Admin, Admin, Agency Super Admin, Agency Admin, or Company Admin and select the name of your partner if your user role is assigned to multiple. 
  2. In the navigation menu, select the Lead Nurturing tab. In the submenu, select Email Sender Profile. 

  3. In the Email Subdomain field, type the desired name. 

  4. In the Base Domain dropdown field, select between the following base domains: theconversioncloud.com or clx.email. 

  5. To establish a company’s custom email address, select the Advanced Mode toggle, type in the sender email address, and click Save. 

  6. Select the Request DNS Verification button and wait a couple of seconds to see the status of each record update from Not Verified to Verified. 


To Edit an Existing Profile at the Company Level

  1. Open the platform as a Super Admin, Admin, Agency Super Admin, or Agency Admin and select the name of your partner if your user role is assigned to multiple. 

  2. In the navigation menu, select the Lead Nurturing tab. In the submenu, select Email Sender Profile. 

  3. Select the Delete Profile button and select Delete in the modal window that populates. 

  4. Make the necessary updates and select the Save button. 

  5. Select the Request DNS Verification button and wait a couple of seconds to see the status of each record update from Not Verified to Verified.
