Below are the default Lead Nurturing settings in place if no changes are made. 

Schedule Genie Default Lead Nurturing Drip Schedule

Drips Prior To Appointment: 1
  1. An appointment reminder via email/sms will be sent to the lead 2 days prior to the appointment time.  If an appointment is made within a 2-day window the appointment reminder will be sent within 24 hours.

Drips After Appointment: 2
  1. A post-tour thank you email/sms will be sent 1 day after the scheduled appointment
  2. A general "do you have any questions, contact us" email/sms will be sent 3 days after the scheduled appointment 

Spotlight Default Lead Nurturing Drip Schedule
  1. An amenities-focused email/sms will be sent to the lead 1 day after submitting their info to claim the Spotlight offer
  2. A floor plan-focused email/sms  will be sent to the lead 3 days after submitting their info to claim the Spotlight offer
  3. A neighborhood-themed email/sms  will be sent to the lead 5 days after submitting their info to claim the Spotlight offer
