Review customer lead details and the customers' journey.
The Leads tab allows the user to view leads in a calendar or list view. In these views, users can access customer information such as the lead's name, contact details, appointment time, the customer's journey to your website, and through which app or module the lead converted. Some general information is presented in the tiles at the bottom of the page, telling users how many new leads they have, leads that scheduled tours, Live Chat conversations, and Spotlight offers claimed.

To find the date a customer interacted with a module or scheduled an appointment, access the Lead List view or click on the customer record to view more details.
