Onboarding New Clients

Create user accounts and input company settings directly in the dashboard or through the onboarding form. Save time by providing clients a direct link to complete onboarding and be automatically linked to the partner.

Manually create each company account within the dashboard following the Company Settings articles or send your client a self-service link!

Send Clients an Onboarding Invite

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Company drop-down in the navigation menu, then click the Create Company button.
  3. The New Company Creation pop-up displays.
  4. Type the client's email address in the email field, then click Send.
  5. The invitation will include a link for the client to complete the onboarding form online. 
  6. The client also has the option to add users, team members, or employees to their dashboard.
  7. Once the client completes the onboarding process, a user account and the initial company details will be created in the dashboard.
  8. The client is immediately delivered to the Company Settings page to complete the account setup.
