What do you need to do? 
  1. You will need to open an internal Help Desk Ticket requesting Onesite Integration. Once complete, our team will receive a notification. 
  2. Additionally, you will need to provide the ILM tracking email and phone number for Property Website. While the Onesite integration offers Schedule Genie to read the calendar to help avoid double bookings, leads will continue to be delivered via a tracking email into ILM for your team to manage accordingly.
