Qualification Questions

Select predefined questions or create custom questions to obtain more details about the lead, discover what the lead might be looking for, and where the lead is in their purchase journey. 

Prospects have 5 minutes to complete the Qualification Questions from the time the module is opened. If the questions are not completed within this time, the module will send all available customer information.

How To Select Questions

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Apps tab in the navigation menu, then click on the App you would like to modify. 
  3. The app details page opens in the main window.
  4. Navigate to the Qualification Questions section. 
  5. Qualification Questions are optional by default. To require customers to complete these questions before submitting the form, place a checkmark in the Required checkbox above the question drop-downs. 
  6. Select questions to gain more details from the customer and to prepare for the upcoming appointment or meeting. 
  7. Questions can be modified at the global, partner, and company levels. To modify questions, scroll to the Create or Modify Predefined Questions and Answers section below.

Some predefined questions include multiple-choice answers. To create unique questions with predefined drop-down options, see the Create or Modify Predefined Questions and Answers section below.

Create or Modify Predefined Questions and Answers

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Company tab in the navigation menu, then click the Questions Preset tab.
  3. The Question Preset Manager page opens.
  4. Click the New Question Preset button at the top of the page to open a modal window with the Question settings fields.
    1. Business Category: This field is read-only. Different companies will have different questions available to them depending on which business category they are associated with. 
    2. Tag: One question is allowed per tag. 
    3. Question Text: Type the intended Qualification Question that can be selected via the individual module settings pages located in the Apps tab in the navigation menu. 
    4. Response Format: Users can select from either "Free form text" or "Select from list." 
      1. Create a Free-Text Response Question:
        1. Type a unique question to be displayed when customers complete lead detail questionnaires.
        2. Click the Save changes button
      2. Create a Multiple-Choice Question:
        1. Type a unique question to be displayed when customers complete lead detail questionnaires.
        2. Click the Add answer button, then type one potential answer to display to a customer.
      3. Repeat these steps until all answers have been added.
      1. Delete an answer choice by clicking the red "Delete" button to the right of the answer to be removed.
      2. Click the Save changes button.

Reorder Questions

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Apps tab in the navigation menu, then click on the App you would like to modify. 
  3. The app's details page opens in the main window.
  4. Click the Edit button on the bottom right of the page.
  5. Navigate to the Qualification Questions section.
  6. To change the order of the qualification questions, click the drop-down arrow to reveal the possible questions or rewrite the questions in the preferred order. There is not a drag and drop option to reorder questions.
