Create custom calls-to-action that encourage customers to schedule an appointment or meeting.

Change the Text or Verbiage Displayed on the Scheduling Module

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Scroll down to and click the Apps tab in the navigation menu, then click Schedule Genie™.
  3. The Schedule Genie™ page opens. 
  4. Scroll down to the App section and complete the following fields.
    1. Call To Action: The text displayed on the app when minimized or collapsed. Example: "Request a Tour". Your call-to-action must be under 40 characters.
    2. Success Message: The message displayed once a customer submits an appointment request. Example: "Tour Requested!"
    3. Confirmation Message: Text that appears below the "Success Message" and precedes the date and time of the requested appointment. Example: "Your Tour has been requested for." The Confirmation Message is only supported by the original or legacy application.
  5. Click the Save button.

The Call To Action field is limited to 40 characters to ensure the best appearance on mobile browsers.
