Text Size
Choose from Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3, and Normal text sizes to customize the confirmation email.
Bold
Increase the font weight to make letters of text thicker than the surrounding text. The bold text stands out from the regular text and is often used to highlight keywords important to the text's content.
Italic
A cursive font based on a stylized form of calligraphy. Italics normally slant slightly to the right and are a way to
emphasize key points in a printed text, identify creative works, cite foreign words or phrases.
Underline
Include a line beneath the text to help draw attention to the content. Today, underlines are commonly used to represent a hyperlink on a web page.
Add Hyperlink (Also known as a link)
Highlight the text to be displayed as a link that the recipient can click on which will deliver them to a new website or page.
Numbered List
Create a numbered list to indicate the steps required to achieve an expected outcome.
Bulleted List
Use bullets or dots to introduce a list. For example, listing items a customer may need to bring with them when they arrive for their appointment.
Alignment
Define where the text falls relative to the page margins.
Flush Left
Text is aligned along the left margin.
Flush Right
Text is aligned along the right margin.
Justified
Text is aligned along the left margin, but the letter- and word-spacing is adjusted so that the text falls flush with the right margin.
Centered
Text is centered on the page, not flush to either margin.
Remove Style
Clear the formatting of the text.
Insert Autogenerated Text
Insert a placeholder to be automatically populated by the data input by the associated app or customer, such as appointment times or qualification questions.
