Summary: The Conversion Cloud is a fully qualified standard interface vendor for use by clients on Voyager 7S.

What does the integration do? 
  • Populates your Multi-family Voyager 7S account with a prospect's first name, last name, email and phone number
  • Utilizes information within Multi-family and Senior Housing Voyager 7S to automate digital marketing activities

How can clients setup The Conversion Cloud within Yardi?
1.       Clients can confirm that The Conversion Cloud is a fully qualified standard interface vendor by viewing the Available Interface Vendor List-Client.xlsx on Client Central. 
2.       Clients must enter a case in Client Central to have the The Conversion Cloud vendor package loaded into their database. 
3.       Clients can review/download the ILS Guest Card Interface Setup Guide posted on Client Central for detailed information on how to configure the interface.  
4.       If Clients need additional assistance with configuration, their Yardi Account Manager or core support team can help. 
5.       Clients will provide Conversion Logix with the following access information: 
a.       Their Voyager URL  
b.       Interface Username  
c.       Password  
d.       Database name  
e.       Server name (always the same as the database name) 
f.        Lead Parameters including (Property ID, Lead Source, Agent Name)



What are the known limitations?
  1. Prospect submission is for Multi-family Housing workflows only. 
  2. The following minimum plug-in versions are required: 
    ·         Interfaces PIv21.1
    ·         Common Data PIv17.1
    ·         ILS Guest Card PIv19
  3. Senior Housing customers will need the above and Senior Housing PIv7.15.
